N pursuance of an Act of the General Assembly of thist Island made and passed in the twenty-fourth year of the reign of Her Majesty, Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act. relating to the L'tlld Assessment at present imposed by Law on the Town and Royalty of l’rinCetown,” and also ot‘an Act made and passed in the twenty seventh veur ot the some reign, intituled "An Act to Consolidate and amend the several Lttws imposmg an Assessment on all Lands in this Colony, and for the encouragement of Education.” Ido hereby give public notice that 1 have made proclamation according to the terms of the said Acts, of all the under- nientioned 'I‘own Lits, Water Lots. seized as the property of the said Jnnunrius McAdam, all the right,

title and interest of the said Janunrius McAdam in and to 2

certain tracts, pieces or parcels of loud, situate on Township No. 38, in King’s County.

The ﬁrst containing 50 acres of Land, :1. little more or less, situate on Township No. 38, aforesaid, fronting on the South stdc of the Post ltoud from Charlottetown, Eztstwurd, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon.

The second containing 10 acres of land, a little more or loss, situate on Township No. 38, aforesaid, fronting on the North side of the Post Road from Charlottetown, Eastward, with the building and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that 1 will on the 19th day of January, 1866, at the Court House in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at. public auction the above recited property, or us much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being .650, with in. terest on the same from the 22d day of April, 1863, until paid, together with 163 8d for the said writ, besides Sherilf's fees and all
