Thomas Graham and Douglass Crane,who lived in the same house here, have had an ill-feeling for sometime. It ended on Sun- day morning about daylight by Graham lodging twenty-six Jarge shot in Crane’s abduminal walls. Fortunately he had heavy clothes on which saved his life.

Graham claims that he fired in self-de- fence, Crane having fired five shots out of a revolver.

Crane says that Graham shot him first and he then de’ended himeelf.
