Our first meeting was held on Jan 18 to discuss this semester’s upcoming events. First on the agenda is the Trivial Pursuit Showdown between students and pro- fessors of the Soc/Anth de- partment. This major social event will take place on Tues- day, February 2, at the barn. Details and regulations to be announced later.

On Feb. 12 at 2 O’clock a seminar will be held for those Soc/Anth students who are interested in graduate school and a discussion will be held on employment opportuni- ties and careers choices avail-

able in this area. ‘This will take place in room 111 Robertson Library. Refresh- ments will be served after.

March 24 will be the date of the Soc/Anth pace at the Charlottetown Driv- ing Park. The Soc/Anth Club will present a cooler to the winning horse.

Details of the above events will be posted around the university and all Soc/Anth students are urged to participate, meet your fel- low students and professors and enjoy yourselves.
