SALMON CREOLE

Brown I tbsp. chopped onion In butter. Add I cup tomatoes, V2 tbsp. green pepper and seasonings and cook 10 minutes. Pour creole sauce over one-halt lb. flaked Todd's Salmon in a baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake in moderate oven I5 or 20 minutes.
