together with a schedule setting forth the proposed boundaries of each such district, is
appended to this.notice. Parliament has provided by subsection (4) of sgction 17 of the said Act, that
_ No’ representation shall. be heard by the Commission at its sittings unless notice in _ writing has been given, stating the name and address of the person by whom the repre- sentation is sought to be made and indicating concisely the nature of the representation ‘
and of the interest of such person. Such notice in writing must be given within twenty-— :
