The united Church st Tryon. situated on the bank o! the ‘Pryor-i River midst pleasant surround- inga, will he scene of Anniversary Services on Sunday, August ath, and Monday, August 9th. The present beautiful edifice was erect- ed and dedicated in 1880. sixty- six years ago. The services will also mark the one hundred and thirty-first anniversary of the erection of the original Wesley Chapel in the year 1M7. It is also the one hundred and fifty- sixth nnniverssry of the first Protestant service conducted in 'I‘ryon by the Rev. William Orsndin oi st. John, N. 15., who spent seven weeks in the corrnmunity in the year 1792.
