Scunswick and the.south of Quebee.. Since the inception of the work, 87 colporteurs have been employed whose united services equal that of one man for 130 years. Cel p-rteurs sales amount to $128,080 and their grants to the needy to $9,167. Fam- ily visits aggregate 323,000, and at 133,000 of these prayer was otiered or religious convergation engaged in. Up to the close of last year these colporteurs in their mis- sion of mercy have found 1,320 . famil- ies without Bibles and in every case suppli- ed the deficiency. As a Bible Society it has dune good work in circulating more than 175,000 copies of the Word of God, in hundreds of cases ‘‘without money and without price.”
