EALED TENDERS will be received at this Otlicc, until 12 k o’clock, noon. on MONDAY, the illst day of DECEMBER, inst.. from any person or persons, being willing to Contract to sup- ply PRINCE COUNTY J AIL, at St. Eleanor’s. and KING’S COUNTY .lAlL, at Georgetown, severally, from the 1st day of January, 1807, to the 31st December/.1867,inclusive, with the following articles, the same to be delivered at each Jail,respective- ly, at the Cost of the Contractor, and in such quantity or quantities

as shall, from time to time, be demanded or required vim-—

Hard and Soft Bread. Molasses. Oatmeal, Seal Oil and Cord Wood.

All these articles are required to be of the best quality. The Wood to be four feet long, and to be piled in the respective Jail Ynt‘ils.si.\' feet high at t'n-s expense of the contractonand to Consist of Black and Yellow Birch. Beech and Maple. No crooked 0r rotton Wood will be tal-zen.

Tenders must express the price per pound, gallon and cord, in the currency of this Island, and be accompanied by the names of two stillicient securities for the performance of the contract.

Payment to be made by Warrant on the Treasury. Tenders to express on the cover the Jail Service tendered for.

lIEREAS upon reading the Petition of Jedidiah Carvell,

' Esquire, Administrator of the said Estate. now on tile, setting forth that the Personal Property of the said deceaSt-d was insufficient to pay off the debts due by the said Estate, and praying that License may be granted to him to sell the Real Estate of the said deceased to pay ed the said debts, so far as the same may re alise; and also upon reading a certified Copy of the Invontory of the property of the said deceased, also on file. and annexed to the said petition. Now, therefore, I do order that the parties inter- ested in the said Estate do appear before me in the Court House of the Colonial Building, in Charlottetown, in the said Island, on MONDAY, the Thirty-first day of DECEMBER, inst, at noon of the same day, to shew cause, if any they can, why the prayer of the said petition should not be granted; and I do further order that a true copy of this order be published in the Royal Gazette newspaper of this Island, for at least three consecutive Weeks from the date hereof, So that all parties interested in the said Estate may have notice thereof.
