in Liver- pool, ‘N.S. He was a jeweller in that South Shore on for the past 15 years.

He .was, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Campbell, Pownal Street. A veteran of the Second World War, he eserved with the Royal Canedies Air | Force.

Mr. Campbell was employed with Taylor’s Jewellers, Graf- ton Street, for many years, and opérated his own _ jewellery store here before moving to Liverpool. ;

He is survived by his wife, the former Elta Rector of Ma-

Men‘s Mission Is Underway

The week-long married men's mission opened Sunday night at the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer with Rev. Leo J. Rolls, ,C.Ss.R., of Quebec City delivering the sermon. -

The mission will continue every morning and evening of this week and conclude Sunday afternoon. Sunday evening the mission of single people will commence and conclude the fol- lowing Sunday, March 22.

Father Rolls, is ‘one of six missionaries — participating in the thrge-week nitssion. Others are. Fathers, Swift, Demarah, Vale, O’Deady and Keogh.
