Until this action is taken; the speed limit in the university area wiil be reduced and strictly in- 'forced by police. Students ended their protest with a victory march 0n the side- walks around campus.—-

*l - The 7,000 Bank Overdraft is basically what it costs the S.U. to operate in the off—‘ season e.g. salaries of staff - repairs.

*2 - Any clubs or societies who sponsor pubs receive 22-1/2% of all bar sales.

*3 — This C.S.P. is a fund set up so future unions will have money available for capital expenditures i.e. perhaps a new S.U. Centre. Future S.U. will contribute $8,000 yearly to this plan over the next 7-8 years. A three member investment cannittee has been appointed to monitor this year's investnent. The members are Roger Black, Dept. of Education; Claire Bradley, appointed by the Board of Governors; and myself, representing the S.U. -
