O Readings Show I OTTAWA (CP) Average ‘levels of radioactive strontium- 90 rose in Canada in the first three months of 1962 as is re- sult of last fall's Russian nu- clear Icsts but are below those recorded after Russian tests in 1958.

A further rise ,in strontium-90 levels is ex- ipected in the second quarter of the year but officials cannot say whether these will be above or below the levels reached after the 1958 explosions.
