the very surprising fact remains that while all the Maritime Provinces ship oats, and while P, E. Island does so by millions of bushels,

‘they all import some oatmesi, Nova Scotia ‘ and New Brunswick doing so in considerable

quantities, Last year Nova Scotia imported 742 barrels of Oatmeal, and New Brunswick 378 barrels, both Provinces bringing this ar- ticle mainly from the United States.
