Wasminoton, April 6 —The navy depart- mnt yesterday concluded the purchase of fonr of the ten ships contracted for. The four vesvels selected, and which are now the property of the government, are the Morgan line steamers E! Roi, E! Norte, Ei Sol, and Zl Sud.
