Train service to Alberton and Tignish in the western part of the Province has been back to normall for the paat two days. although the CNR communication lines are still out of operation to -these points.

To replace these a ham radio ayatem is in operation which is working on a very satisfactory hula. Yesterday the circuit from Charlottetown to Emerald Junct- ion was repaired and went into operation again. Throughout most of the storm the regular scheduled trains on the Inland Division ran very close to their time limits on the various runs.

Practically all the delays were to those trains which are operat- ing in connection with tho Borden Parry. There has been aomo tie-up on the mainland division. The Montreal-Halifax trains running far behind time were causing de- lays on those arriving at Torment- fne. But once the cars had been brought across the straits very little time was lost.
