Time of Observation: 09:30 — 11:15

Place of Observation: Saltwater marsh at the entrance road Brackley entrance to PEI National Park. Weather: The day was generally clear with light winds. The sun was mostly to my back allowing for front lighting of the subject affording excellent views over an extended period of time. Part way through the observation period a light “wispy” cloud obscured the sun allowing for flat lighting. This allowed for additional detailed visualization of feather and colour details through the scope and clearly demonstrated that

lighting was not a confounding factor during the observation period. Habitat: Saltmarsh
