LetIer-Perry Wedding Is Happy Autumn Event

The Wedding took place at Our Lady of Loretta Chapel. R.C.A.F. Station. Summersidc, on Satur- day. November 15th, when Mar~ garel Shirley. youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John B. Perry was united in marriage with Neale Keith. son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth C. Lefler of Windsor, On- tario.

The ceremony was performed by Reverend Father McGilliv- ray. The guest pews were mark- ed with white lace dailies, cen- tered with a white rose and tiny white sating bows. Mrs. Irene Peters was the organist and ac- companied Miss Betty Blacquiere who sang during the singing of the Register.

The bride who was given in marriage by her father, looked charming in her ballerina length gown of nylon chiffon. The bod- ice led into a full rustling bout- fant nylon skirt accentuated with imported Chantilly lace bands. The V neckline in front and back was attached by tiny self cover- ed buttons.

Her shoulder length veil of ny— lon illusion fell flrom a haed dress of nylon trimmed with se- quins. Her only jewellery was a pearl necklace, a gift of the groom. She carried a cascade bouquet of white roses and term with satin streamers.

Miss Nora DeRoche, cousin of the bride. was bridesmaid. She was gowned in yellow .net over taffeta with matching headdress. mitts and shoes, and carried a nosegay of red roses.

The groom was supported by Mr. Jack Ashtord, while John

Mrs. Rustin MacNevin, of Cas- cumpec. The groom is the son of the late Keir Campbell and Mrs. Campbell, Alberton. ‘

The couple left by plane for a honeymoon through the Mari- times. The bride wore a rose knitted suit with a muskrat jac- ket. Her corsage was of deep pink sweetheart roses.

The bride and groom have tak- en up residence in Summerside, where the bride is on the office staff of Jenkins Bros. Md, and the groom is stationed at the R.C.A.F. Station. Summerside. Prior to the wedding the bride was tendered a personal show- er at the home of Miss Rena Fitz- patrick, and also a miscellaneous shower which was attended by many friends and relatives at which time she received many useful gifts.

Father Dooley then gave a very instructive talk to the ladies and closed the meeting with prayer. Next meeting to be held at the home of Mrs. Wilfred Hickey on Dec. 16th. Lunch was served by the hostess and committee in charge.
