HEREAS. a Commission has been issued, directed . to us, under and byvirtue of an Act passed in the Reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria. intituled " _An' Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways." and of the Acts in amendment thereof. whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interest- ed in the land through which a certain new Road is in- tended to be made, commencing at Mr.J. M cCormaclt’s. East line. and terminating at Cardigan River. near New Bridge. and which road will run through or over: N ow. we do hereby give Public Notice to All parties. that we will commence the execution of said Commission. by attending at Cardigan Bridge. on Monday, the 20th day of September next, at the hour of 1 o’clock. in the afternoon of the same day; and from thence we will proceed along the said new line of road, and complete the inquest according to law. _ Given under our hands this 13th day of August. 1869. \V.
