What's on at the Panther Lounge

The Panther Lounge is the place to be for the next three Thursdays. Scared Weird Little Guys will be playing tonight (the paper comes out on Thursday afternoons) next Thursday is the Busine$$ Pub and Bob Lambert will be performing Novem- ber 26th.

The Business Society will be having their always successful Business Pub on Thursday, November 19. Mike O’Connor will be supplying the entertainment. The business students always turn out in big numbers and drink aton. Must be all those three martini lunches you hear about all the time. And while we’re on the topic of business students, we should mention that the best costume on Halloween would have to be Darcy Rossiter as Garth from Wayne’s World. Darcy partied onall night! He was in Babelonia heaven at the Barn!

Great to see a fullhouse for both Jam Night and the movie pub this past week. Wednesday night Jams are a great way to break

up the week. The staff at the Lounge would like to thank the boys in the band for hosting a rockin’ time week after week. Sean, Jim and Shawn from The Strings play every Wednesday starting at 10:00 o’clock.

This week’s movies are Sister Act and Encino Man, while next week’s movies will be Patriot Games starring Harrison Ford and My Girl starring MacCauley Culkin of Home Alone fame.

Plans are in the making for a Pub Crawl to be held on December 3rd. The Biology Club are planning on hosting it and we all know how much fun these pub crawls are. Teams can start ‘‘training’’ during the next three Thursdays at the Barn!

Pillsy, Jo, Stumper, Dirty Laundry, Ripper, L’il Bill, Kneeland J.J. are our ever pleasant, constantly smiling, full of joy, often hungover bartenders who can’t wait to serve you this week at the Panther Lounge.
