IN pursuance of av order of His Honor Chief} Justice Palmer, dated the twenty. eighth day of Decem ber, A, D, 1885, in the matter of an Act of the Parliament of Canada, passed in the forty-fifth year of Her Present Majesty's reign, chapter 23, intituled “An Act Respecting In- solvent Banks, Insurance Companies, Loan Companies, Building Societies and Trading Corporations, and of the Presi- dent, Directors and Compasy of the Bank of Prince Edward Island, an In- solvent Banking Company. HE Liquidators of the above named Banking Company will Sell by Public Auction, on TUESDAY, the 23rd day of FEBRUARY, next, a. D., 1886, at the hour of eight o’clock in the evening, in the hali ot Stone’s Hotel, on Main street, in Souris East, all that tract, piece, or parcel ot land, described in the ‘Indenture of Mortgage, hereinafier mentioned as all that tract, piece and parcel of land, hereditaments and pre- mises, situate, lying and being in Souris East aforesaid, bounded and described as follows, that is to sey. Commencing at a post fixed in the south side of the Main Street running through Souris, and in the fence being the eastern division line of land owned by the heirs of the late John Knight, Esquire, and running thence aleng Main Street, aforesaid, easterly a distance of seventy-four feet, toa plot of land sold to James Larrigan, ‘and thence running south- westerly by a line parallel with the eastern division line or fence aforesaid, a distance of one hundred and seventy-eight feet to the shore, and thence following the various courses of the shore wesierly to the said eastern division line, and thence northicast- erly along said division fence a distance of one hundred and thirty-two feet to the place of commencement, said tract of land being that plot of land lying on the south side of siid Main Street, and bounded on the east by a plot of land in possession of Captain Larrigan, and on the west by 4 plot of land in possession of C, D. Anderson. The above sale will be made under and by virtue of a Power of Sale, contained in an Indenture of Mortgage, bearing date the 23rd day of May, A. D., 1877, and made between Simon Chiverie and Mary Chiverie his wife, and Alexander Chiverie and Mary Chi iverie his wife, of the one part, and James R, McLean, of the other part, which said mortgage is now due and unsatisfied, For further particulars apply at the office of R.
