( Charlottetownh Anderson-skipped rink remained the only undefeated entry in the Provincial Curling Bonspiei for the Btritfsh Consuls y at the conclusion of the second day's play yesterday.

Play in the competition will conclude today wnen a winner will be declared to represent the province in the Mncdonald-Brier Tankard play next month at Basie.

In their other two matches of the day the Anderson rink won handily from the Linkletter Sum- merside representatives 16-3, and later took the potent Matthews Alberton rink 11-8. The third end of this Charlottetown-Alberton duel saw no counters for either rink in the house.

While the Hansen rink was going down to their first defeat 0i the series the strong Johnstone 5881198110011 from the eastern centre was handing the Matthews zrnk their first defeat 14-8 and later took the Brooks Summcrside rink 14-4.

The Hansen-Johnstone match proved the drawing card of the night matches. Smartng from their defeat in the opening match the Hansen rink took an early comfortable lead in the first two ends and coasted home despite a three-ender scored by tho Monta- gue rink in the last end. The score was 15-0.
