IN pursuance of an Act of the (ieneral Assembly of this Island, made and passed in the 'l‘wcntyiourth year 01' the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act relating to the Land Assessment at present imposed by Law on the Town and Royalty of Prince Town,” and also 01' an Act made and passed in the 'l‘wentyseventh year ol the same reign, intitulcd, “ An Act to consolidate and amend the several Laws im- p«_)sing an Assessment on all Lands in this L‘olohy, and ("or the encouragement of Edu- cation,” 1 do hereby give public notice that l have made proclamation according to the terms of the said Acts, 01 all the undermen- tioned Town Lots. Water Lots, Common Lots, Pasture Lots, Islands, or parts of Island, 'l‘ownships, or parts of Townships, in this Island, in arrear for the non-payment ot the several sums due and owing thereon to ller Majesty, under and by virtue of the above-mentioned Acts, viz :—-

And the owners of the aforesaid Lots, parts of Lots and tracts of Lands so in arrear and proclaimed as aforesaid, are hereby notified that in case the sums charged on them as aforesaid, together with the costs which have been incurred, shall not be paid before the next EASTER TERM of the Supreme Court, which will commence on TUESDAY, the Seventh day 01' MAY next, application will be made to the Supreme Court during the said Term for Judgment against the said Lots or tracts of Land respectively.

V HEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed to the undersigned, whereby we are commanded ‘to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to the parties through whose land a certain new line of Road is intended to pass, leading from Mr. J B. Perr ’5 Corner, across the difl'erent Farms to tie St. Eleanor’s and Summerside Road, to strike said read between Darby’s and Green’s Mill, Lot 17 ; now we do hereby give public notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of the said Commission, by attending at the Farm of Mr. J. B. Perry, Miscouche, on .MONDAY, the 25th day of FEBRUARY, 1807, at the hour of 10 o‘clock, a. m., of which all persons in- terrested are requested to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.
