ALBERTON — A Waterford] resident. William Arsenault. wast fined $50 and costs or 30 daysi by Magistrate W. Chester ‘ MacDonald in court at Alberton, yesterday. for driving a motor vehicle while disqualified from holding a license.

A second charge. operating a motor vehicle with marked gas, was adjourned to Oct. 17 on a plea of not guilty.

Charles Patrick Powers, Al- berton South. pleaded not guil- ty to possession of 792_ undersiz- ed lobsters and the case was adjourned to Oct. 10.
