Sangster has accepted the editorship of Harper's Bazar. Mrs. Sangster has been several years postmistress of Har- per's Young People. Jeffery (Methodist) of Toronto, against whom charges of immorality were preferred has been acquitted honorably, not a shadow of suspicion resting upon him.
