The 22-year-old youth from illairy Ilill, Alia, was convicted in Ociuber. 1948. of the shotgun slaying five months previous of his employer, William Pacholek. Spedden district farmer.

Zacharuik. then 20 years old, was sentenced to be hanged Jan. 12, 1949. Bull shortly before the cxcctriion date he was found to be violently insane. The death seni- cnce was put over for six months.
