WASHINGTON ICP) - Groups earmarked as hosts at iunctlona honoring Queen Elizabeth during the royal visit to the United States this month have been ad- vised to play the British " ' anthem correctly and in key-or not at all.

The advice is contained in an oflicial pi-otcol list drawn up by the state department.

Guidance on how to address the Queen. the type of meal the pre- fera - "short and simple" - and other problems lacing the Ameri- can host: also is given.

The quiet passing at Joseph Frederick Barrett occurred at his home in St Eleanor; on Sep- tember Zlst in the 76th year of his age, after an illness oi four months. although he had been in poor health for the past two years.

Ev- erett, ot Niagara Falls. )nt.. and one daughter Hazel, Mrs. D. W. Sears, pt Summerside, P. El. Two other daughters Freda and Elaine, died in infancy. He will be greatly missed as well by twelve grandchildren whom he dearly loved.

Also left to mourn are one bro- ther, William ol Lower ” d , P.E.I. and three sisters, Edith, Mrs. H. Acorn, Eastham. Mass. Load. and Jane. Mrs. J. R. Brooks. oi Linltletter Road. P. E.l. Two other'brothers. Rob- ert, and Mr. Barrett's twin Ri- chard. as well as a sister. Ber- tha. Mrs. C. Wilcox, passed a- way a number of years ago.

The funeral was held from the
