OTTAWA, March iii-Rt. Hon. Ernest Lepointc, senloi parliamentary spokesman for French-Canada, today served notice on the world that the British Empire would not be disrupted and that Canada would intervene in any war in which Great Britain was attacked by an aggressor nation.

Speaking in the debate on external affairs set in mo- tion by Primc Minister Mackenzie King yesterday, Mr. Lapointe was even more emphatic than Mr. Mackenzie King that Canada would not remain neutral in s war in- volving other parts of the British Commonwealth.
