Bowman, commentator, Canad- ian Broadcasting Corporation, will broadcast a description of what makes fresh clean air go round and round and come out there in air conditioned cars of the Can- adian kiational Railways from Montreal on Wednesday, Aug ll, from eight forty five to nine p. m. Atlantic standard time.

It is edited by my youngest daughter, Dorothy, who gathers the news, draws cartoons and illu- strutions, and, with the help of hcr brother, has it printed by photostat. Dorothy is an artist and most of her brothers and sisters are interested in journalism or advertising so the paper does very well."

The idca of a paper originated when Dr. and Mrs. Phllpott were in Chicago at some distance from the rest of the fnmily. It would be easier they thought to distribute the neuls that came to them through the "Informer".

Giving a complete history of their married life, and revealing many amusing incidents of the years, a special edition of the lin- formercame off the press for dfs- tribution among the family at the celebration. Births and marriages have been occasions for special editions in the past. while s. “genealogical edition" gives a com- plete family history dating back to 1803 when the first Phllpott lmigratsd from Ireland.

The paper is writcn in a humor- ous vein throughout, Dr. Philpott explained, offering as an example an excerpt from the family hist- ory: "In I814 during the war with the U. S. A. a band of U. S. in- vaders and Indian maraudcrs destroyed the Phllpott homestead, ate up their catt‘e and stole all the family clothing thus leaving them naked and vastly annoyed."
