Notice is hereby given. that on application of James Mc- \Vade, Shipbuilder, of Mount Stewart, in the county of Queen’s, in Prince Edward Island, made to his Honor the Commissioner in Insolvency. pursuant to ‘ The Unfortunate Debtors' Act, 1868.’ I do. by his Honor’s directions. hereby appoint Saturday. the fourteenth day of August next, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, at eleven o'clock in the fore- noon, as the time and place for meeting of the creditors of the said James McWade, for the purpose of examining into the state of his affairs. and considering the terms of a com- promise to be offered by him .under the said Act. \

HEREAS. upon reading the Petition of James Yeo,

Esq.. the Administrator of the said Estate. now on file, setting forth that the Personal Estate was insuffictent to pay off the debt due by the said Estate. and praying that License may be granted unto him to sell the Real Estate of the said deceased, and then from the proceeds thereof to pay the debts due by the said Estate; and also upon reading a certified copy of the Inventory of the Real and Personal Property of the deceased, also on file and annexed to the said Petition—Now, therefore. I do hereby order, that the parties interested in the said Estate. do appear before me, in the Court House of the Colonial Building, in t harlottetown, aforesaid. on Saturday, the Twenty-ninth day of May next, ensuing the date hereof. at Ten o'clock of the morning of the same. day. to show cause. if any they can, why the prayer of the said Petition should not be granted. And I do further order that a true copy of this Order be published in the Royal Gazette newspaper of the said Island, for at least four consecutive weeks from the date hereof. so that all parties interested in the said Estate may have due notice hereof.
