IN pursuance of an Act of the General Assembly of this Island made and passed in the twenty-fourth year of the reign of Her M:ijesl-' Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act relating to the Lie-3 Exssesmnent at present imposed by Law on the Town and Royalty of Princetown," and also of an Act made and pal-88d in the twenty‘seventh year cl the same reign, intituled "An Act to consolidate and amend the several Laws imposing an Assessment on all Lands in this 0 ilony, and for the encouragement of Education.” Ido hereby give public notice that 1 have made proclamation according to the terms of the said Acts. of all the under- mentioned Town L liB, Water Lots. Common Lots, Pasture Lots. Islands, or parts of Islands, Townships, or parts of Townships, in this Island. in arrear for the non-payment of the several sums due and owing thereon to Her Ma- jesty, under and by virtue of the above-mentioned Acts,

the suit of Hugh MontgomeryJes-sie Wright and Alexander Craig, Trustees and Exccutors of William Craig, deceased, against Joseph McManus,I have taken and seized as the property of the said Joseph McManus, All the right, title and interest of the said Joseph Mac. Manus, in and to 66 acres of land, more or less, together with the improvements thereon, situate on Lot or Township No. 27,in Prince County, and I do hereby give public notice, that I Will, on the 26th day of April, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Elennor’s, in the said County,set up and sell, at public auction, the said property. or as much thereof as will satisfv the levy marked on the said writ. being £25173 8d,with interest on £15123, part thereof, from 10th March, 1866, until paid, besides Sheriff’s
