National Student Day ... A

Success

Students were out in droves enjoying a 50% off meal at Smitty’s to celebrate being a student. Many helped eat the National Student Day cake that was graciously donated by the Bake Shoppe. Mike Woods drew an excellent crowd to the Panther Lounge on Wednesday evening. Mike was happy to be back for his 3rd annual performance on National Student Day. Many of the Charlottetown Student Saver discounters donated prizes to be given out at the lounge. We had 30 great prizes in all. Special thanks to the businesses listed below for their generous donations of gift certificates and prizes:

The Student Union also thanks Drifter’s, Barry’s Men’s Wear, Hearts and Flowers, Pizza Hut, Hirtles Stereo and Henderson & Cudmore for offering discounts to students for National Student Day.
