But all seriousness aside, I really am very egotistical and every piece of my garb— age is composed with the vintentic‘m' of good effeCt as opposed to an ill—one the effect ref- lecting on me of course.

Without going into the childish aspect of your letter I am in full realiz— ation that the position of comptroller is a busy one and that you obviously have better things to do. What was this rumour about the Panther Lounge being opened in the day; what ever happ— ened to the report on the conditions and proposed changes for the Barn; and exactly how are you progre— ssing op your brainstorm for turning the patio of Blanchard Hall into a drink— ing lounge? This, is not constructive I will admit but if we can't find anyth- ing constructive to say and we become silent as you su- ggest we might,as a conseq- uence, become labled "apat- hetic". The Student Union wouldn't want that would it?

However,Ted, if you're gettingfifediup I do hope sincerely that you are at least paying for the food. Along with this we wouldn't want anyone to get into ev— ents such as those at Winter Carnival without paying admission fee would we? As far as common sense is con— cerned some of us have it and some of us don't so

Better yet perhaps a candidate in the S.U. elections could use it in a campaign platform.
