ROAD COMPENSATION ACT—PUBLIC NOTICE. “THEREAS. a \Vrit has been issued. directed to us. under and by virtue of an Act paSSed in the four teenth year of the Reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria. intituled ‘- An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways,” and of the Acts in amend- ment thereof. whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interested in the land through which a Certain new Road is intended to be made. commencing at the South-west rear road. Lot 26, at the line dividing Farms owned by John '1‘. Murphy and Patrick McKcnna, agreeable to the Petition oi the inhabitants of Lot 26. Now, we do hereby give Public Notice to all parties. that we will commence the execution of said Writ. by at~ tending at the home of John T. Murphy, South-west rear road, on Tuesday. the twenty-seventh day of July next. atthe hour of eleven o’clock. in the forenoon of the same day; and from thence we will proceed along the said new line of Road. and complete the inquest accord- ing to Law. First Electoral District of King‘s County. for all per- sons duty qualified by law. to vote. for Members to serve in the Lower House of Assembly for the said First Electoral District of King’s County. to appear before me to nominate, elect and choose one able and discreet man for business to represent the said District in the Lower House of Assembly. in the room of Honorable Joseph Hensley. who has accepted the appointment of AssistantJudge of the Supreme. Court. and thereby his seat has become vacant. I do hereby give Public Notice that I will on Tuesday. the 27th day of July, inst.. at the County Court.
