issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Ju- dicature, at the suit of Terence Carroll against James J. Wisener; I have taken and seized as the property of the said James J. Wisener, all the Right. Title and Leasehold Interest of the said James J. VVisener, in and to all that Tract, Piece or parCel of Land, situate, lying and being on Township Number 48, in Queen’s County, in the said Island. bounded as follows. that is to say, commencing at a certain post or stake fixed in the ground on the north side of the eastern boundary line of James Fitzsimmoris Farm, and on the east side of a certain Mill Dam, there situate, and from thence North for the distance of two chains and fourteen links, thence \Vest for the distance of six chains and sixty links, thence South two chains and fourteen links to the Mill Dam. aforesaid. and thence six chains and sixty links to the place of commencement. containing by estimation one acre and two fifths at an acre of Land, at little. more or less, together with the Dwelling House and all build- ings thereon and all here litaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining. and also all the Leasehold Estate and interest of him the said James J.
