Hospital Insurance Effects To Be Discussed By Nurses

The convention which lasts two days will consider three important points. One will be the implica- tions for the nursing profession of a hospital insurance plan.

Another important item wil! be discussion -of the organization of a program for nursing assistants and the functions of this health worker.

The third item on the agenda for discussion will be the prepar- ation of nursing Schools for eval- uation“and accreditation by a na- tional accrediting body.

Dr. Frank MacKinnon, princi- pal of Prince of Wales College, speaker at the banquet on Wed- nesday evening will talk about the “Economic potential of the Maritimes.”
