I do, by his Honor’s directions, hereby appoint Thursday, the nineteenth day of August next. at the Court House, in Charlottetown, at eleven o‘clock in the forenoon. as the time and place for meet- ing of the creditors of the said Elbridge Gerry Fuller. tor the purpose of examining into the state of his affairs. and considering the terms of a compromise to be offered by him under the said Act.

Whereas. at a meeting of the Creditors of the said In- solvent Debtor, held on the Twenty-first day of April, instant. after argument. it was ordered. that as the Schedules of the said Insolvent Debtor were insufficient. he have leave to amend the same; and that upon the Schedules. as amended, being filed, a meeting of the said creditors shall hereafter be called; and whereas the said Schedules, as amended, are now on file in the lleeords of this Honorable Court. I do order that a meet- ing of the said creditors be held on Saturday. the Thirty-first day of July next. at the Court House, in Charlottetown. aforq-eaid. at Eleven o’clock. a. m.. for the purposes of the said meeting. first above mentioned; and that this order be published in the Royal Gazette newspaper. for three months from the date hereof.
