Tney can ferce a racial and religious contest upon us, the end of which no man can see; or they can meet their fellow-citizens of the Catholic religion in the <virt of the jndg- ment of the Privy Couneil and thu. fasten more securely than ever in its position the key-stone of confederation—the absclute safety of minorities from interference.
