Word has been received here of the death in Regina on Oct. 26. of h Fraser. QC, formerly of Avondale. P.E.I. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Fraser of Avondale.

Mr. Fraser graduated In arts from St. Dunstan's Uni- versity in 1918 and later obtain- ed his law degree from Laval University. He was admitted to the bar of Saskatchewan In 1922 and practiced law in. Regina until the time of his‘ death.

His first wife Bertha Wynne of Charlottetown predeceased him in 1956.
