'5 cup mayonnaise

12 olives, chopped

l4 cup chopped nutmeats (i! de- sired)

Pimento, 2 cups

Lettuce leaves.

Cook tapioca in the salted wMer until clear. Cool. Add mayonnaise and the chopped olives and nut- meats. is used Stir mixture until smooth. Pour into pimento cups. Set aside to chill, then slice in rounds and serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
