POLICE COURT-At the Stip- endiary Magistrate's Court yester- day, three drunk and incapables appeared. two being sentenced to 20 days held for good behaviour. while the third was discharged after spending 14 days in Jail. Three drunk and disorderlies also appeared. one being sentenced to 20 clays in Jail. one dismissed and the third being discharged after being held in Jail for 14 days. Two cases under the Prohibition Act were heard. one being adjourned until May 22 and the second was dismissed. A man charged u. er the Sanitary By-law was discha g- ed after ‘the premises involved had been cleaned up. A non-support case was dismissed after satisfac- tory arrangements had been made and the costs of the court paid. and a summary eiectment case was adjourned by arrangement until May 22. e
