farm. "We chose to live on a farm for the serenity. It also has a lovely fishing brook which runs right through the farm." Life in general for Professor Ledwell is noisy, busy and fun wih his family; "simply TERRIFIC!"

And what are his goals for the future? "My dear girl,” he chuckled; "I have almost reached all my goals! I will keep on writing, pecking away at my poetry. My wife and I want our children to be happy and be educated."

As far as his philosophy of life for students is concerned, he said; "they have to find that within themselves. they should keep an open mind, especially to the good and the beautiful, the rest will follow through." His last words given to the aspiring students who are busy studying are "they are doing well, they are bright, they are, for most part, highly motivated, they are sincere and friendly. I just want them to stay that way. DON’T BE SPOILED!" he ended with a hearty laugh.

We, the students thank you very much for- your dedications and your commitments to us.

Beach Party, Bonfire and Wiener Roast on Friday, October 19th at Lakeside. Party will be starting before Dusk on the beach and will move to a cottage after a while. All English students and professors are welcome.

Lakeside is on the North Shore halfway between Mt. Stewart and Morell. Just show up there, you will find us.
