N pursuance of an Act ofthe General Assembly of this Island, made and passed in the Twenty-fourth year

of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria. intithled - “An Act relating to the Land Assessment at present imposed by law on the Town and Royalty of Prince- town," and also of an Act made and passed in the Twenty-seventh year of the same reign. intituled “ An Act to consolidate and amend the several Laws imposing an Assesment on all Lands in this Colony, and for the encomagement of Education.” I do hereby give public notice, that I have made proclamation. according to the terms of the said Acts. of all the undermentioned Town Lets. Water Lots. Common Lots, Pasture Lots, Islands. or parts of Islands.
