Want a different start to your day? The UPEI meditation group meets every Wednesday from 7:45 to 9:00 a.m. in the Meditation Room of the Chaplaincy Centre. We offer instruction and support in Samadhi (concentration) and Vipassana (mindfulness and insight) approaches, but you are welcome to come and just sit quietly if you wish.
