the Rector gave pictures two aspects of this work-the classes and the home. There is great need, he said. for more teachers. and he ox- pressed the thought that possibly those who would like to take part in this most important work, re- trained from doing so because they » were not competent. He quoted “ selected sentences from the third and fourth chapters of the book. Exodus. .“Who gm I that I Shzﬁlld go?" They will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice" "I aim not eloquent. . . but. I am slow of speech." Thus said Moses. but when God speaks, when He requires any particular person to do some work, He will always give the necessary ability and power. We can then with confidence reply-Use me. 5

The Rector then stressed the im- portant part the family plays in this work. and urged that they oo- operate in this work, and help it forward by doing all in their power to encourage their children. He was emphatic in saying that it was not for his sake he urged this. but for the work's sake. He wants a Godl- I centred congregation.

The "every famfy canvas" which has been a feature of the parish life for the past thlee years is being conducted next week. The men of the Parish-about 60 of them-will visit every family. taking with them a message of greetings from the Church, and a word of good cheer.
