investment should be made because our country is

and the new types of vessels are multi purpose beyond war uses; maybe even create a new of frigates or something and have them make it on the Cape. But do something, cause unless oil starts sprouting out of the ocean floor this area is in jeopardy of becoming a third world like economy. That means unhappy people... and unhappy people. sometimes _ start pondering serious things... like separation- peacefully ~ or not!
