The observers discuss councili topics at length in meetings of their own and go twice a week . to a Methodist church beside the . Tiber where they pray for the l council "and for good judgment in our participation in it," says Dr. Fairweather.

Most of the observers live to- gether in rooming houses within walking distance of St. Peter’s Basilica where council sessions are held five mornings a week.
