directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of J udicature, at the suit of John Roach Bourke against Murdoch McLeod and John Gillis McLeod, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Murdoch McLeod, all the Right, Title, Estate and In- terest of him. the said Murdoch McLeod, in and to fifty acres of Freehold Land, situate on Township number sixty-sewn. in Queen’s County, in the said Is- land, bounded as follows, that. is to say: commencing at a square stake fixed on the north side of the road leading from Charlottetown to Bedeque, known by the name of Anderson‘s Road, at the west boundary of Mrs. McKenzie’s farm, thence running on said boun- dary north the distance of one hundred chains. thence east five chains, thence south to the said road. thence following the various courses of the road westwardly t0 the place, of commencement, containing Fifty acres of land, a little more or less. together with all the heridita- ments, advantages, and uppurtenanCes to the said tract of land belonging. or in any wise appertaining; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on ’l‘uesday. the eleventh day of August next. one thou- sand eight hundred and sixty-eight, (1868) at twelve o‘clock. noon. at the Court llonse, in Charlottetown. in the said County. set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said Property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being eighty-nine pounds, two shillings and four pence, with interest on seventy pounds, seventeen shillings, a part thereof from the twenty-first day of June. last (1867). till paid, together with Sheriff’s fees anti all incidental expenses.
