Now We do hereby give Public Notice to all persons con- cerned. that we will commence the execution of the said Commission, by attending at the Farm of Michael Magher, on MONDAY. the 26th day of JUNE next, at the. hour of ten o‘clock, forenoon. in order to complete the said Com- mission according to Law.

HEREAS a writ has been issued to us, under and by virtue ‘ of an Act passed in the fourteenth year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of ighways,” and of lltho Acts in amend- ment thereof, whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interested in the Land through which a certain New Read is intended to be mado, commencing at the lifast end of the Upper Westmorland Road and terminating at John MoNally‘s, on the Melville Road.

Now, we do hereby give public notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of said writ, by attending at the East end of the said Upper \‘i'cstmorland Road, on the 15th day of June next, at the hour of 11 o‘clock, in thc forenoon of the same day, and from thence we will proceed along the said new line of Road and complete the inquest according to. Law.

‘ Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty's Supreme Court ofJudieature, at the suit of George Beer, George Robert Beer, and Lemuel Lowdy Beer, against John Henderson, Lot 533, Brackley Point Road, I have taken and seized as the property of the said John Henderson, All the right. title and leasehold interest of the said John Henderson, in and to One hundred acres of land, a little more or less, with the buildings thereon, in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Monday, the 122th dayofJunc, 1865, at ‘12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell at public auction, the said pro- perty, or as much thereof as vill satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, lacing £211! 165- :ld , with interest thereon from the 18th day of August last, until paid, and £3 cost, 165. 8d for this writ, besides Sheriffs fees and incidental expenses.
