The Wave needs new and better security

The Editor:

I’m thoroughly disgusted with the treatment I received Wednesday night at The Wave. I was sitting at a ta- ble, quietly minding my own business (and I mean it:

bers of their so-called “security” decided to disturb my peace. I was unjustly and forcefully pushed out of your bar tonight (Wednesday Jan. 21), after having

of this, for humiliation? You should be ashamed. Why the hell would I want to try to get back in to your ugly bar). They ejected from their throats that I was “too drunk.” In fact, I had about three to four beers, far from being too drunk. And I was harming no one!

I’m appalled by what you consider security. On the Wave’s website it claims they strive for the best night- life experience. If they strive for the best, then why is their security so moronic and can’t do their job right, throwing innocent people minding their own business out?

I never even heard of people being thrown out for doing nothing! I can understand if I was too drunk and causing a disturbance of some kind. But I wasn’t causing any disturbance and I wasn’t even drunk.

Perhaps they better hire new security because what they have is bad for business.

I for one will never return to The Wave again. I expect to get in contact with the head of security about this total nonsense. They haven’t heard the last from me. What happened to me last night was unjust. And I intend to make those joke idiot excuses for masculin- ity security automatons—who can’t even do their job right—answer to this, if they can answer to anything.
