In the past, it was the responsibility of the Year- book Editor and Photogra- pher to contact the heads of the different organizations in an attempt to get: pictures for the Yearbook. This has not worked in the past and, as a result, last year’s Year- book is missing many photos because of a lack of commu- nication between the orga- nizations and the Yearbook staff.

To remedy this, the onus has now been placed on YOU to contact the Editor, Karen Hughes. when any event is taking place. This must be done at least one (1) week in advance (preferably more) to ensure that. a Photog- rapher is available.
