HEREAS the GeneralAssembly of this Island standspro- rogued until Thursday, the Sixth day of December inst:

I have thought ﬁt, by and with the advice of Her Majesty’s Executive Council, further to prorogue the said General Assembly, and the same is hereby prorogued until Tuesday the Eighth day of January next, of which all persons concerned are required to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.

Given under my hand and the Great Seal of this Island, at Charlottetown, in the said Island, this 4th day of December, in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty six, and in the Thirtieth year of Her Majesty’s reign.

Decree made by this Honorable Court, in this suit, hearing date the Thirteenth day of November, 1865, there will be sold by PUBLIC AUCTION, in the apartment occu- pied as the Court of Chancery, in the Colonial Building, Charlotte- town, on SA'I‘URDAY,th0 16th of FEBRUARY next,at the hour of 12 o’clock, Noon, ALL that tract, piece, or parcel of LAND, situate, lying, and being in the Royalty of Princetown, in Prince County, Prince Edward Island, consisting of SIX PASTURE LOTS, num- bered as follows, that is to say: Number Twenty, (20), Number Twenty-one (21), Number Twentystwo (22), Number Forty—one, (41), Number Sixty-three (63), and Number Sixty-four (64), as laid down on the plan of said Royalty, containing Forty-eight. acres of Land, in Lots of Eight acres each, be the same more or less, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all easements, rights, and appurtenances, to the same belonging, or appertaining. passed in the Twenty-seventh year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, lntituled “An Act to consolidate and amend the several laws imposing an Assessment on all Lands in this Colony, and for the encouragement of Education.”—

I do hereby publicly notify the owners or occupiers of Land and Real Estate in Charlottetown and Common, for which the annual Assessment levred thereon by the Assessors for said Town and Common, is payable, that unless the Assessment for the cur- rent year be paid into the hands (of Mr. William Shepherd, my Collector for said Town and Common, within the time prescribed by Law, proceedings will be taken against all such Lands and Real Estate as shall then be in arrears for nonpayment of the sums charged thereon, agreeably to the directions of the above recited Act.
